Notes: This is the original bass Yamaha made for me in 1984/85. It was a version of their standard BB series basses with an extra wide neck, angled headstock, and different pick-ups. I changed many things and did many experiments with it that led up to building the Attitude series basses. I played this bass live on the David Lee Roth "Eat 'em And Smile" Tour for the encore song (California Girls) and used it in the studio for the Skyscraper record. I then continued to use it for the first Mr. Big record. I love this bass and still use it a lot in my home.
